Poker is a card game in which a number of players sit together and play for money. In poker, players place the bet on the value of the combination of the cards which they possess. Usually, a central pot is used for placing the bets. The value of the combination of the cards is used to determine the winner of the game.

The player with the highest value of the combination of the cards wins the game. However, another way of determining a winner also exists and in this, the player who remains in the hand after all the other players have folded wins the game. Texas Holdem Hands - Which One Is The Most Profitablee

Jun 1st, 2008 by Addy | 0

When people think of the most profitable texas holdem hands, the immediate poker hands that come to mind are AA, KK, QQ, and AK. Now these poker hands may be profitable, but are also the highest cracked hands out all hands. Believe it or not, texas holdem odds are in your favor by playing low suited connector cards instead of large hands listed above. You’re probably saying WHATeee What on earth are you talking aboute Well if you don’t know what suited connectors are they are hands such as 78 suited, 89 suited, 45 suited, 67 suited, and my all time favorite ace cracker is 9 10 suited. I couldn’t even tell you how many times I have personally cracked another players pocket AA’s with 9 10 suited. The best time to play low suited connectors are in 9 seater cash games. This is where low suited connectors shine. With low suited connectors and 4+ callers and even a raise, you need to call up to 4 times the big blind at most. You also want as many people in the hand as you can. More than likely if you call the raise it will pay off big time, usually hitting a straight or flush draw on the flop. If you completely miss the flop, get out. But if you have a straight or flush draw it is time to step up your game and make a move. Scared money will never make money. You have to play to win and the majority of winners that have won big have taken risks with their bankroll and not just sat on it waiting for aces, kings, queens, or AK.

Earlier, poker players first had to find out about a particular game (of their choice), had to get invited for the same and often at times drove a hundred miles or more to the location. But with considerable technological advancement the picture has changed considerably. Now, one can play Ladbrokes poker games sitting in the comfort of their homes. The most lucrative and attractive poker games offer a variety of options to choose from. Definitely! A problem of plenty!
