First off, a good email marketing campaign can be hugely successful if carried out correctly but there is a right and a wrong way to do it. The other problem is how to pick a good bulk email sender; this problem can be overcome by doing some careful research, read reviews and ask questions.

Have you ever received emails saying “Receive $20 paid to you immediately in you PayPal account!” or something similar and what do you do with them, yes delete them straight away, at least most people do.

Most of us weren’t born with a genetic predisposition for email, so it’s only natural to take a few missteps along the way. If you want to look like an email pro and avoid the most common errors, follow these ‘Netiquette’ tips:

1. Use the Subject Line - Always include a brief Subject line that provides some insight into the focus of your email. Given the volume of email that most people receive, the Subject line is becoming a “must-have” if you want your message to be read or noticed. Avoid generic “Hi” or non-specific Subject lines that tell the recipient nothing. Some spam filters will block messages without a Subject line, so for the scant few seconds it requires to enter a few words, it’s in your best interest to always include a Subject.

Tracing Email Addresses: Why And How?

Sometimes we get a lot of emails that come from unknown sources such as a person claiming to be someone who has an important position in a prestigious company or a government agency perhaps. So how do we really know from whom all of these emails come from?

There are ways of faking a return email address. It is an easy process and once you get to know how to do it, you can easily fake the email address that will flash on the screen of the recipient when you send them a message. Once they hit the reply button, you will not be able to get their answer. Bottom line is, what you see on the web is oftentimes not what you get.
